Rachel has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, holding senior strategic and commercial roles at leading multinational organisations. She has managed large scale operations and consistently built and scaled high-performing teams.
Her expertise is in practice management, strategic growth, stakeholder negotiation, and people leadership. At Perfect Practice, Rachel ensures practices achieve financial results and operational excellence through data driven, practical strategies.
Suzie has over 25 years of leadership and operational healthcare service development, clinical science and laboratory medicine. She holds a PhD in Biochemistry and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists, UK. Suzie played a central role in establishing and scaling national testing services during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she successfully grew a team and created the infrastructure to deliver up to 20,000 patient test results daily.
Her expertise is in business transformation, operational efficiency, systems implementation, and leveraging data driven insights. At Perfect Practice, Suzie helps practices scale and streamline workflows and maximize the impact of digital innovation.
