By early 2025, The Institute of Dermatologists had reached a crucial point in its journey and needed to secure its foundation before its next major expansion. The practice owners wanted to futureproof their operations, create a clear structure for expansion, and strengthen their leadership team. Their primary challenge was scaling the business without compromising their high standards of clinical excellence. They needed a strategic framework to manage everything from rostering and payroll to patient administration and stock control.
We partnered with the Institute of Dermatologists to make this operational transformation happen. Our first step was establishing a robust management framework and developing a comprehensive business process manual to immediately streamline core workflows, including payroll, rostering, and stock management. We supported the team to recruit and onboard a new Business Manager and helped embed the strong new leadership with the team on the ground. We worked with the practice owners to ensure that a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making was established from the top down.
